Refund & Return Policy

Due to the cosmetic and personal nature of fragrance products, hygiene standards apply:

Unopened Items: We accept returns/exchanges within 2 days of delivery, provided the perfume bottle remains sealed in its original box and packaging.
Opened Perfumes: Items that have been unsealed, sprayed, or tested cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, leaking, or broken during transit.
Damaged / Incorrect Items: If your order arrives leaking or you receive the wrong scent, notify us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged item for an immediate free replacement.
