1. Service Coverage & Restrictions
​Piel Perfume delivers exclusively within the Republic of Maldives. We do not offer international shipping or export services. All deliveries within Malé City and to vessels docked in Malé are provided FREE of charge.
​2. Delivery Options & Timelines
​Greater Malé Area (Malé, Hulhumalé) — FREE
​Same-Day Cutoff: Orders placed and confirmed before 8:00 PM are delivered on the same day.
​Delivery Windows:
​Hulhumalé: 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM
​Malé: 10:00 PM – 11:00 PM
​Handover Policy: For all residential and apartment buildings, standard delivery is provided to the ground floor / downstairs lobby. Please ensure someone is available downstairs to receive the package during your scheduled delivery window.
​Atolls (Island Boat / Ferry Delivery) — FREE to Malé Docks
​Advance Notice Required: Order confirmation is required at least 24 hours prior to the vessel's scheduled departure.
​Handover: We safely deliver your package to your designated island boat, ferry, or speedboat docked in Malé.
